There are many, many things that we do not have control over in life. For example, the weather, others’ actions, and most importantly components of our circumstances. Nobody gets a pass at hardship, it just looks different for each of us, and although we do not have complete control in this life, we do have choice in how we respond to it.  

Go back and read that again…although we do not have complete control in this life, we do have choice in how we respond to it. 

Hard times often tank our energy, which is essential in navigating and overcoming these hardships.  

If we understand that ENERGY is everything, then we can hopefully acknowledge that our thoughts activate it, our emotions amplify it, and our actions create or (dismantle) the momentum…

How’s that for control?! 

The strength and vitality required for sustained physical and mental activity requires intention and choice. So, what are you doing today and each day to think, act and create positive energy?
