Urgent Care Visits
Urgent Care Visits at The James Clinic
Are you not feeling well? Did your symptoms come on recently? Are you looking for immediate relief? Then you may want to get in for an urgent care visit.
Even if you schedule routine appointments throughout the year, those are ideal for treating long-term medical conditions and implementing preventative medicine services, not for health issues that occur suddenly or are out of the ordinary for you.

When To Request an Urgent Care Visit
Examples of conditions that qualify an individual for an urgent care visit include:
- Acute Infection
- UTI
- Ear infection
- Sore throat
- Upper respiratory infection
- Migraine headache
- Acute joint paint
- Dehydration
- Nausea
- Vomitting
- Diarrhea
How Our Urgent Care Visits Work
For an initial visit cost of $290 (plus additional fees for administered medical treatment), we offer acute integrative visits, with recommendations to help you feel better by addressing the root cause of your health issue by utilizing:
- Laboratory diagnostics
- Imaging (completed at a separate imaging center)
- EKG (electrocardiogram)
- Prescriptions
- Supplements
- IV fluids and medications
In many cases, our urgent care visit services are much cheaper than an ER visit and provide shorter wait times than a typical urgent care center.

Urgent Care Visit Locations

Scheduling An Urgent Care Visit
The James Clinic accepts both current and non-patients regarding urgent care treatment.
We will take walk-ins. However, we recommend that patients call as much in advance as they can to prevent prolonged wait times.
To schedule a visit, you may choose one of two options:
- Call the clinic at (636) 751-9440
- Submit a request online
We are NOT an emergency room and will triage appropriately, always keeping the best interest of our patients in mind.
